Alastair studied dentistry at Bristol University. He then spent several years gaining a broad postgraduate education, working in both general practice and hospital service, including Paediatric dentistry and Maxillofacial surgery. It was during this time that he successfully passed the Membership in Dental Surgery examination awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Alastair undertook his postgraduate orthodontic training at Guy’s Hospital, where he was awarded the degree of Master of Science in Orthodontics (King's College London) and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Alastair is a registered specialist with the General Dental Council. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the British Dental Association, and the British and European Orthodontic Societies, and the European Aligner Society. He is committed to postgraduate training and regularly attends courses and national conferences, at which he has contributed. Outside of work, Alastair enjoys spending time with his young family and when time allows, playing tennis, mountain biking and skiing.

Phil joined the Pallant team in 2023 when the demand of composite bonding and professional whitening grew and grew for our orthodontic patients after treatment. Phil has an incredible eye for detail for the finishing touches to your new smile. Outside of dentistry, Phil enjoys adventuring outdoors with his young family, particularly when the sun shines even a trip to Cornwall & Devon are a must for some surfing!

Sunie graduated from Bart’s and the London Dental school in 2017, achieving distinction in years 1, 2, 3 & 5, as well as being awarded the prestigious Human Health & Disease Prize.

He thoroughly enjoyed his time studying in the heart of London and regularly keeps up to date with the latest advancements within the world of dentistry, with a view to providing the most streamlined treatment for his patients.

Sunie has worked as an associate dentist for many years and has undertaken a hospital post as a Senior House Officer in oral & maxillofacial surgery. He has gained extensive experience in the provision of high-quality general dental care, surgical dentistry, management of complex dental emergencies and oral diseases.

Sunie completed his specialty training in Prosthodontics at Guy’s Hospital in London, for which he is now working as a speciality dentist. He provides complex multi-disciplinary restorative care for patients there. He has gained membership in Prosthodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and is a GDC registered specialist in Prosthodontics. He is known by his patients for having a meticulous, gentle, and caring approach to their care. Sunie prides himself in providing evidence-based, high-quality, and ethical dental care with his patient’s best interests as his top priority.

Outside of work Sunie enjoys swimming, cross-fit, cooking, and undertaking regular voluntary work, including a period where he spent 6 weeks at a local dental hospital in Tanzania.

Sunie joined the Pallant team in May 2024, Sunie is very keen to start taking prosthodontic and restorative referrals from both patients and dentists directly.

As a GMC registered doctor specialising in Anaesthetics with over 20 years in the NHS, Dr. Natasha Campbell is a trusted name in facial aesthetics. Her extensive training, including a Level 7 Certificate in aesthetics, underpins her exceptional skill in anti-wrinkle injections and other rejuvenation treatments. Natasha's philosophy is rooted in enhancing natural beauty, ensuring every treatment is tailored to individual needs.

Mr. Borumandi brings a wealth of experience to Pallant Orthodontics, having trained and worked in several prestigious institutions across Europe. His dual qualifications in medicine and dentistry, combined with his specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, enable him to offer a wide range of oral surgical services, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.

Emily completed her Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy at Leeds University in 2014. She has gained experience working in several NHS and private orthodontic practices before being recruited by Pallant Orthodontics.

Emily particularly enjoys and excels at the new digital techniques that are offered at Pallant Orthodontics, including Invisalign® treatment and digital bracket placement. She enjoys seeing how these new techniques can help enhance patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Emily is busy doing charity work for her church. She enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures. Canada and Alaska are next on the list of places to visit!

Rachel undertook a 3-year Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy and graduated in her hometown of Portsmouth in 2009. After a short time in general practice, she decided to pursue the Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy at the University of Bristol and qualified in 2011.

Rachel joined the Pallant team in 2019 and now works in her preferred role as an Orthodontic Therapist. Rachel has a young family and loves time spent on days out with her boys. She also enjoys theatre and comedy performances and beach walks with ice cream!

Sonia has been qualified since 2011 and has had a varied career, making her one of our most experienced dental nurses. Since joining us she has completed her dental radiography and been promoted to head nurse. In this role, she is an effective communicator, organiser and standard bearer.

An expert trainer, Sonia was instrumental in teaching the new Bognor team our processes and protocols for 3 months before they opened as well as running her own team.

Outside of work, Sonia leads a busy family life and loves socialising.

Emily (also knows as EJ!) qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2020 and has been working with us since 2021. She has since completed her training in dental radiography and IOTN calibration. Since joining us, EJ has taken on our remote clinician role as well as dental nursing. This means EJ will be your point of contact before, during and even after finishing treatment.

Outside of work Emily enjoys going to the gym and running and then making up for her hard work with lots of meals out and sweet treats (particularly anything chocolate) with her friends and family.

Joining the team in 2022, Grace has developed her skills since qualifying in 2020. Currently training in her radiography qualification, Grace continus to develop and flourish her skillset. Beyond orthodontics, Grace enjoy moments with her family, she loves going on holiday and exploring new places.

"Ioana is one of our team of exceptionally talented Dental Nurses with almost 5 years of experience in Orthodontics. She is qualified in taking radiographs, as well as being a chairside nurse and leading our RPS role. You will meet Ioana at any stage visiting the Chichester practice.

Ioana enjoys being involved in our patients' journey's and seeing their beautiful smiles at the end of treatment. She loves her jo and finds it extremely rewarding."

Meg started as Practice Manager of our Bognor Practice in 2019, she then moved to manage our private patient journey in our Chichester practice in 2022. Meg joined the team after originally being a patient, she has experienced the whole journey start to finish! Outstandingly organised and highly driven, Meg thrives off the work her team puts into making patients feel at ease throughout their treatment with us. Outside of work, Meg has a keen interest in all sports, especially hockey in the winter months or triathlons in the summer (as well as some tennis when time allows!). Meg also loves exploring new places and destinations through travel.

Annie is a key part of our Chichester front-of-house team and will be the person with the beaming smile welcoming you into the practice. She joined the team in May 2019 and has since had her second gorgeous baby girl.

Annie’s sole aim is to make every patient feel like a million dollars, not only on their first visit but every visit to us thereafter.

Outside of work, Annie is kept busy as a mummy to two gorgeous girls and can also be found baking when she finds the time!

Grace joined the practice in 2019. She loves getting to know all of our patients and helping them along their orthodontic journey. Mostly, Grace loves just chatting at the desk and making everyone feel welcome. Outside of work Graces loves spending time in the garden with her two dogs, meeting friends and family for wine and BBQ evenings, possibly even camping but you'll have to catch up with Grace and find out how that's going! New adventures ahead!

Lee joined the Pallant team after being a patient himself in clear aligners. Outside of work, Lee is a keen musician who has been playing the piano since the age of 5. He helps beginners to progress and enjoys seeing them develop. Lee has two young children who keep him very busy but he loves spending time with them and watching them grow!

Our fantastic nursing team in our newest practice in Bognor Regis is run by our head nurse, Daisy. Daisy is a qualified dental nurse with experience in general dentistry.

In 2014, Daisy started to specialise in orthodontics specifically. Since joining our team in 2018, Daisy has gone from strength to strength in building her skills both in and out of the clinic, and we are extremely proud of how far Daisy has come.

If you can’t hear Daisy’s infectious laugh somewhere in the practice, outside of work you will find her spending time in the kitchen baking cakes for her friends and family.

Megan graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery in 2011. She then moved to Bristol where she completed her foundation training and subsequently held positions in Paediatric and Special Care dentistry and Oral and maxillofacial Surgery. Megan obtained her Membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2014. She then went on to spend a year working in a private practice in New Zealand before returning to the U.K. to undertake her postgraduate orthodontic training. Megan was awarded a Master’s in Orthodontics with Distinction from Cardiff University and her Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgery in 2018. She is registered as a Specialist Orthodontist with the General Dental Council and is a member of the British Orthodontic Society. Megan is committed to continuing her professional development and regularly attends courses and conferences. Outside of work, Megan loves yoga, travel and spending time with her family and friends.

Micaela qualified as a dentist from Complutense University of Madrid in 2007. In 2008 she moved to the UK, where she gained extensive experience working in NHS and private practice. Her keen interest in orthodontics led her to complete her postgraduate training at the University of Warwick, where she was awarded a Master of Science in Orthodontics with Distinction. Micaela has also undertaken advanced training in aesthetic composite bonding and whitening techniques. She regularly attends courses and conferences to continue her professional growth and keep up to date with the latest developments. Micaela’s favourite part of the job is being able to witness her patients progress in their treatment journey: ‘It is most rewarding to see how a new and beautiful smile improves patients’ confidence and changes their lives’. Outside of work, Micaela enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting new places and going out for long walks in the beautiful British countryside.

David is an extremely experienced dentist who has been practising orthodontics for over 20 years. David joins us in our new Bognor Regis practice with a prime focus for our NHS patients, whilst working alongside our specialist. David has a fantastic demeanour about him and has to do so to work alongside all the women in the practice! Outside of work, David loves to travel and explores new places with his family and grandchildren most weekends.

Alice (also known as Whitty) is one of our lovely Dental Nurses who joined the team back in 2019. You will meet Alice at any stage of your treatment as she works both in the practice and as part of our remote team. She enjoys spending time with her family and going on new adventures with her small family (and dog!).

Carol qualified as a dental nurse in 1986 at Northbrook College in Worthing. She worked in a variety of general dental practices before starting a family in 2006.

In 2008 Carol worked within the Maxillofacial Unit at the local hospital before working in an orthodontic dental practice. Carol qualified as a dental nurse in 2010 and has since completed the dental radiography, orthodontic nursing and IOTN calibration courses.

Outside of work, Carol likes to spend time with her family, motor racing, walking, listening to music and eating out.

Tony is the CQC registered manager of Pallant Orthodontics. In this role, he is responsible for our patients' orthodontic treatment journey, compliance of the significant regulations associated with medical practice, and managing the Pallant Orthodontics team.

Tony oversaw the CQC inspection in 2015 and implemented the application for the BDA’s Good Practice scheme. He is particularly proud of the teamwork at Pallant Orthodontics and the positive feedback we constantly receive from our patients.

In his spare time, Tony is a family man and enjoys good company and photography.

Jess joined the Pallant team in March 2019, making the bold move from optics to orthodontics. Jess is now our lead receptionist and NHS contract manager, at our Bognor Regis practice. She takes great pride in providing outstanding service to our patients since she is a local girl! You will be welcomed by Jess’ warm and personable nature either on the phone or in person. Outside of work, Jess is a busy Mum of 3 and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys doing calligraphy, playing Netball and walking the dog!

Residing in Chichester for over five decades, Ellie has been involved in many charity events and local campaigns in the area. She currently works with two parish councils – one to the north of the city and one on the peninsula – which she finds challenging and fun.

Outside of work, Jess is a busy Mum of 3 and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys doing calligraphy, playing Netball and walking the dog!

Ellie started with Pallant in January 2021 bringing a wealth of experience from a portfolio of careers and businesses. Ellie has a can do attitude to all tasks presented to her and with a passion for making the very best of an situation, is always ready for a chat and a listening ear for her colleagues and patients alike. When not working Ellie is actively involved in many local causes and likes nothing more than sitting in the garden with a chilled glass of Sauvignon, reading, or at the local pub Quiz.

Joanne is one of our friendly Treatment Coordinators. You will meet her at your initial consultation to either chat about private brace options or how the process works with NHS braces, she will be there for you if you have any questions throughout your journey. Outside of work Joanne enjoys being with her family, horse riding, time on the beach and travel.

Sade joined the Pallant team in 2023, she has been a Dental Nurse since 2017. Sade is one of our friendly faces at our Bognor Regis practice, she will never fail to put a smile on your face at any of your visits, she is also the queen of asking for photos for our Social Media pages - so watch out! Outside of orthodontics, Sade has a little dog she loves to take on dog walks, she also loves a good holiday for some R&R.

Brooke started Dental Nursing in 2018 and joined the Pallant team to pursue her career specialising in Orthodontics in 2022. Since joining, Brooke is breathe of fresh air, one of the friendly nursing team you will meet on any of your visits to our Bognor practice. Outside of work Brooke loves spending time with her daughter or spending time outside in the sunshine.

Tana joined the Pallant team in 2022. Tana has been in the dental industry for 16 years, she completed her Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy at Kings College Hospital, London, 4 years ago. Tana is originally from Czech Republic so if you hear a twang in her accent, now you know why. Tana is one of the friendleist, bubbliest, people you could wish to meet and take care of your braces during treatment. Outside of work Tana loves a good meal out, only if there's a cocktail or 2 to go with it of course!

Emma joined the Pallant team in 2021 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2022 after 12 years in dental sales. Outside of work Emma is busy looking after her two girls and pug! When she gets the chance, you will find her making homemade pizza and watching the Moto GP.
