What is Dental Monitoring?
Dental Monitoring is a smartphone app that allows our team to monitor your aligner treatment progress remotely. All you have to do is take weekly photos of your teeth and send them to us via the app.
Our team will review your photos to make sure your teeth are moving according to your treatment plan. As long as things look good, we won’t need to see you at our practice and you can carry on with your day!
How does Dental Monitoring work?
Dental Monitoring works seamlessly with the digital technology at our practice. At the start of your clear aligner treatment, we’ll make a precise digital model of your smile to design your treatment plan and custom aligners.
Once your aligners have been created, we will use that digital model to match your treatment progress up against the photos you send us. If your teeth are moving faster than anticipated, we may even ask you to switch to a new set of aligners ahead of schedule!
